Sprint 8: First Public Release Candidate

OIR is preparing the first tagged public release after case analysis and outreach policy work.

Planned: Sprint 9 — Collaboration & Editorial Workflow

After v0.1.0, OIR will add Git-native collaboration (issue templates, PR workflow, code owners) and plan authenticated admin tooling that still commits through Git.

  • Expanded reasoning for Reno, Van Buren, and Carpenter seed cases
  • GovInfo records for Van Buren and Carpenter
  • Axona manual claim queue and contact record policy
  • Root and site status copy updates
  • StartLocalServer.bat and StartLocalServer.sh local preview launchers

Current Focus

  • Finalize CHANGELOG.md for v0.1.0
  • Run full CI validation on a clean checkout
  • Tag and publish when approved
  • Close remaining release-blocking research debt
