Party appendix on the official Supreme Court docket. It reproduces, among other items, an unpublished Fifth Circuit order file-stamped May 28, 2026 (Lyle W. Cayce, Clerk) that administratively stayed the preliminary injunctions in Nos. 25-51073 and 26-50001 while the stay motion was being briefed, and the published June 4, 2026 stay pending appeal, which states that it supersedes the administrative stay. Prefer the Fifth Circuit’s own June 4 PDF for that published order. The May 28 administrative stay was not located as a standalone Fifth Circuit PDF in this pass; the file stamp and operative text used here are the copy in this appendix. The appendix’s complaint is CCIA’s complaint, not the SEAT complaint.
